2. Send us your details — within 12–24 hours we'll message you on WhatsApp or email with a simple form (or you can just reply with your photos and messages). You'll share around 12–20 photos, a few short and long messages, and details like their name and birthday.
3. We make it by hand — 3–4 days in our studio, then it ships to you or straight to them. We'll guide you through the whole process personally.
