1. About Us and Acceptance of Terms

Funky Vibes is an online store based in India selling handmade and personalized gift items. By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to place an order.

2. Our Products

Every item we sell is handmade and/or personalized to your order. Because of this:

• Small variations in colour, texture, size, or finish compared to the photos on our website are normal and are not considered defects.
• Differences in screen display, lighting, and photography may also affect how a product looks online versus in person.

These variations are part of what makes a handmade product unique and are not grounds for a return or refund on their own.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice. Orders must be paid for in full before we begin production. If a pricing error occurs on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

4. Personalization Details

If your order involves any personalization (names, dates, messages, photos, etc.), it is your responsibility to check all details carefully before placing the order. By confirming your order, you confirm that the personalization details you provided are correct. We are not responsible for errors in personalization content that you supplied to us. Where we share a design preview for your approval, please respond within 24 hours — if we do not hear back, we will proceed with the design as shared.

5. Order Processing and Shipping

We currently ship within India only. Processing and delivery timelines shown on our website or shared with you are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can happen due to courier issues, weather, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control. We recommend ordering well in advance of any specific occasion or event.

Once your order is handed to our courier partner, they operate independently, and delivery timelines are outside our direct control. A tracking number will be shared with you once your order is dispatched.

6. Cancellations

Since production begins soon after an order is placed and materials are often personalized, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel an order on our end in cases of suspected fraud, unavailability of materials, or a pricing error, in which case you will receive a full refund.

7. Returns and Refunds

As our products are handmade and personalized to each order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed, except where required under applicable Indian consumer protection law, or in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an incorrect item sent due to our error. 8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as emotional distress or a missed event, arising from delays or issues with your order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product photos, designs, and text — belongs to Funky Vibes and may not be copied or reused without our permission. If you upload a photo or text for personalization, you give us permission to use it solely to complete your order.

10. Grievance Officer

In line with India's Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, any complaints about our products or services can be sent to our Grievance Officer:
